Window Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Gutter Repairs & Inspection
Window Cleaning: Jobs are based on a “job price”. Cleaning equipment will be provided by Cosmic Cleaning Services. The client understands that the price he/she has been quoted is only for cleaning labour and cleaning equipment provided*. As Ladders will be used it is recommended that Young Children and/or pets are supervised if aloud outside whilst window cleaning is in progress. Cosmic Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the client's original requirements change.

Weather: Cosmic Cleaning operate through-out the year, in all seasons, we Do clean windows in light rain or on days with scattered showers. †

The client understands that a power supply is required during the whole cleaning process. As Ladders and Electrical cables will be used it is recommended that Young Children and/or pets are supervised if aloud outside whilst gutter cleaning is in progress. Cosmic Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the client's original requirements change.

Weather: Cosmic Cleaning operate through-out the year in all seasons, we Do Not clean Gutters in rain or in other environments that would cause risk to health and safety when using electrical equipment. In the event that it is deemed unsafe to work cosmic cleaning will contact you to reschedule for a future date.†

Gutter Repairs: Jobs are based on a “Call Out Fee + Parts”. Equipment will be provided by Cosmic Cleaning Services. The client understands that the price he/she has been quoted is only for labour and equipment provided*. The client understands that a power supply may be required during the whole cleaning process. As Ladders and Electrical cables may be used it is recommended that Young Children and/or pets are supervised if aloud outside whilst 'Work' is in progress. Cosmic Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the client's original requirements change.

The client understands that the price he/she has been quoted is only for labour and equipment provided*. Cosmic Cleaning Services reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the client's original requirements change.
Charges & Payments.
Window Cleaning: Customers will be invoiced by Email or Messaging Apps on the day of work completion. Payments are required on the day or within 7 days from date of invoice, No later.
Payments Accepted:
Card.
Cash.
BACS (Bank Transfer, Details given if this method of payment is chosen).
Gutter Cleaning &/or Gutter Inspection: A Call out fee of £25** will be charged, However if a full gutter clean is required then this will be subtracted from the final invoice. Customers will be invoiced by Email or Messaging Apps on the day of work completion. Payments are required on the day or within 7 days from date of invoice, No later.

Customers will be invoiced either by post (with addressed envelope to send back payment) or Email on the day of work completion. Payments are required on the day or within 7 days from date of invoice, No later.

Cancellations.
Window Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Repairs & Inspection
Window Cleaning: Customer may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 24 hours prior to the agreed start time. Customer agrees to pay 20%** of Accepted Quotation given as a cancellation fee if the customer cancels less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Customer agrees to pay 50%** of Accepted Quotation given as a cancellation fee in the event of a lock-out caused by Cosmic Cleaning Services being unable to perform agreed services due to reasons listed:
Cancelled less than 12 hours before appointment.
Turned away
Unable to gain entry into needed area.

Cosmic Cleaning Services reserves the right not to be responsible for the cleaning service not being completed due to:
No hot water or power failure on day of work commencing
If a third party enters or is present (interferes/obstructs) at the customer's premises during the cleaning process
If on closer inspection it is deemed to need specialised cleaning equipment/personnel. (E.g. Bio Hazard etc.)

Gutter Inspection: Customer may cancel the scheduled repair job at least 12 hours prior to the agreed start time at no charge. Customer agrees to pay £10** of Accepted Quotation given as a cancellation fee in the event of a lock-out caused by Cosmic Cleaning Services being unable to perform agreed services due to reasons listed:
Cancelled less than 12 hours before appointment.
Turned away
Unable to gain entry into needed area.

Cosmic Cleaning Services reserves the right not to be responsible for the cleaning service not being completed due to:
Power failure on day of work commencing
If a third party enters or is present (interferes/obstructs) at the customer's premises during the cleaning process
If on closer inspection it is deemed to need specialised equipment/personnel. (E.g. Bio Hazard, Gas Safe, Electric NICEIC etc.)
By ordering Cosmic Cleaning Services by telephone, messaging apps, e-mail or Cosmic Cleaning Services website or accepting the given quote the customer agrees to be bound by Cosmic Cleaning Services terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant United Kingdom law, and by agreeing to be bound by them the customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the United Kingdom.
Cosmic Cleaning Services reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice. Please check this website regularly for updates.
